Inaugural "Aspects of ADR" Seminar
On November 11, 2011, the Alternative Dispute Resoution Committee of the Orange County Bar Association in conjunction with the Insurance and Technologies Committees, presents a unique seminar, where you will be exposed to a wide range of topics under the Alternative Dispute Resolution umbrella. Effective speakers and panelists in the areas of mediation, negotiation, advocacy within ADR and use of new technology will engage the audience and inspire spirited conversation on related topics. The seminar is not just geared to members who are mediators and arbitrators, but also to litigation practitioners whose clients utilize recognized ADR processes to resolve cases.
